Prize Draw Rules

Below are the rules that apply to all the prize draws that appear on the site. In addition to these rules there may be special terms & conditions which are relevant to individual prize draws, this will appear as a link on the relevant prize draw.

•  LoopyOffers.com is a UK site and unless otherwise stated all prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

•  Only one entry per person per prize draw can be accepted in any one month unless otherwise stated.

•  Persons connected with Gocarbonfree Ltd or any of the prize draw sponsors are ineligible.

•  Winners will be selected at random by computer within five working days of the competition close date and normally notified by email within 72 hours, except where stated in the individual prize draw special terms and conditions.

•  Winners will be asked to confirm their postal address before winnings/prizes are dispatched. Winners may be included on the 'Winners page' following receipt of confirmation. Winners of major prizes may be required to supply a photograph for publication and or take part in further promotional activities.

 Prizes must be claimed within 60 days of each draw. Unclaimed prizes will be void.

• Void prizes may be included in a second prize draw where users will be required to complete a short questionnaire to gain entry.

•  All prizes are subject to availability should any prize be unavailable, a prize of similar price or specification will be substituted.

•  By submitting information each visitor to LoopyOffers agrees to receive offers as stated in the Login and sponsored Prize Draws questionnaires. Such offers will be sent only by LoopyOfers, its sponsors or its clients.

•  LoopyOffers is registered in accordance with the Data Protection Act and practices 100% opt-in permission marketing.

• Certain Prize Draws contain special terms. Please click on the icon at the bottom of the questionnaire for details.

• Prizes are as stated but in some circumstances a cash equivalent will be offered where stated in the individual prize draw special terms and conditions.
