Loopy Offers FAQ's

LoopyOffers always welcomes feedback from its users, whether it is praise or criticism. We want to make LoopyOffers even better and it is largely through feedback from our members that this is achieved.
We are frequently asked the same question; therefore we have listed them, with their answers below. Please read these before using our email feedback function.

Unfortunately if you ask a question that has already been answered below, we will not be able to respond to your email.


FAQ's

1. Why have I been de-registered?

The only way you can be de-registered from LoopyOffers, is by de-registering yourself. Therefore you may have de-registered yourself inadvertently. If you would like to have your de-registration reversed, please click here and email us with details of your username and password. We will then re-activate your account, although this may take up to five working days.

2. How do I change my details?

To change your details at LoopyOffers, you first need to logon using your current username and password.
Once you have logged on, click on the My Account link located towards the top right corner of the screen, then click the Personal Info link.
All of your personal information will be displayed.
You can then update the relevant details.

3. Why can't I register?

There may be many reasons why you are unable to register with LoopyOffers. These include incompatibility with some Internet TV systems, the specification of your computer may not be suitable or there may be problems with your ISP or our server. Because there are so many reasons for the inability to register, we can only suggest that you may like to try to register at a later time.
